Requests for Quotation - RFQs may be
sent via email or fax. Please include as much information as
possible regarding your requirement and application. A formal
written quotation detailing specifications, pricing, lead time and
terms will be submitted as quickly as possible upon receipt of your
detailed RFQ. Quote will be in US dollars, FOB New Cumberland , PA
USA.
Orders - Upon receipt of a valid
written P.O., manufacturing will commence and an order
acknowledgement will be sent out confirming pricing, specification,
lead time and terms.
Returns - Should a product
require repair whether within the warranty period or not, please
submit a fax request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number via fax to our quality assurance manager @ 717-774-6799 which
should include TCI model number, serial number and a detailed
description of the problem and test conditions. An RMA form will be
faxed back to you to be included with the returned product. Products
returned without the proper RMA paperwork or are returned Freight
Collect may not be accepted.
Warranty - TCI warrants it's products to be free of
defects caused by poor workmanship and/or faulty materials for a
period of one year from date of manufacture.
Exporting - For export orders, country, end
customer and application may be required prior to acceptance of
purchase orders. Only orders from countries that are approved by the
US Govenrment will be acceptable. Requests for quotation will be
accepted directly or through our designated export representatives
(if applicable).
